China has been on a roll lately breaking one record after the other but, this time, it's not for a good reason.
You see, local police in China's Hebei Province stumbled upon a small passenger van that was legally designed to transfer up to eight people. The problem is this one was carrying –wait for it- 66 people, yes you read correctly, sixty-six passengers including 64 youngsters aged four to five years old and two adults!
